De website Brussel Stemt (voorheen Testbeeld Europa) volgt de werkzaamheden van de 27 Nederlanders in het Europees Parlement. Brussel Stemt heeft als doel het inzicht van de Nederlandse burger in besluiten en besluitvorming in het Europees Parlement te vergroten. Daarnaast heeft het als doel om de Nederlandse kiezer te informeren over het Europees Parlement in het algemeen en over de Nederlandse Europarlementariërs. Het project is een initiatief van het Instituut voor Publiek en Politiek(IPP)
